Pleasant and Delightful are Robyn, Kristin, Ken and Don. A common interest in performing folk music in the traditional style and from a variety of genres led to the formation of the group in 2015. Their music is sometimes quirky, often lively and humorous, at times sublimely moving. Their interests include both traditional and contemporary folk songs and tunes from Anglo Celtic roots - Australian, British and North American folk, a Capella, carols, old timey, close harmony etc. They play a range of instruments including concertinas, melodeon, flute, harmonica, mandola, recorder, dulcimer, guitar, autoharp and ukulele. The group engage their audiences in the content of their music, with historical placement, audience involvement, variety and humour. A P&D performance is refreshing, interesting and touches the hearts of listeners.
